CF Residences is strategically located at the heart of SM North EDSA, TRINOMA, Vertis North, and Waltermart.
We offer fully furnished BEDSPACE. Bed is provided with Uratex foam that has 10-year-warranty of sleeping comfort. Bed is covered by colorful and clean bedsheet. You can select your accommodation from solo-bed room, two-bed room, or four-bed room. Rent of regular bed is very reasonable, affordable for start-ups. Premium bed is also offered to those looking for extra comfort and exclusivity. All our rooms have shower, toilet, lavatory, ceiling fun, built-in cabinet, and curtains. Rooms are well ventilated with windows, led lights, secured by locks, and sound-proof walls. Beds are mounted in immovable and shake-free steel frames.
Bedspace and room accommodations are in the 1st to 4th floor. Facilities includes gym/exercise area, meditation/prayer area, relaxation/study area, and kitchen area. Building is equipped with CCTV, automatic night-light, fire-extinguishers, and digital-lock steel-gate. Feel free to visit us.
Work and Activity Area
Residents enjoy relaxing in spacious activity area that is well ventilated, with shiny tiled floor, decorated walls, colorful bright night lights, and powerful wall funs. Two long working tables, two sofa, and chairs are available to residents and guest.

Our spacious kitchen area is covered with beautiful and easy to clean tiles. Lavatory (with clean water) is at the center for convenient washing of utensils and food. Residents enjoy cooking with own personal gas-burner or butane stove.

At our roof-deck, residents take time to relax for early morning breeze, and enjoy the colorful city-night-light of QC Business Center. You deserve a brain-refreshing sight without going far; its much safer and no extra cost.
